Introductions & Course Overview
Chartered Accountant
Bob Semple - Company Director, Facilitator and Lecturer, is a former PwC partner, where he specialised, most recently, in governance and risk management. A Chartered Accountant by training, Bob holds a Diploma in Company Direction (IoD) and a Diploma in Corporate Governance.
Bob is an experienced facilitator and an expert user of electronic collaboration systems. He provides consulting services mainly in the areas of corporate governance, board evaluation, and risk management and lectures for a number of bodies including the IMI, UCD and The Law Society of Ireland.
IoD workshops may be eligible for CPD, including Chartered Director CPD, please check with your relevant professional body. IoD workshops are admissible as part of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) CPD Scheme and would count towards “Active” learning. Workshops may also be eligible for CPD with Chartered Accountants Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland, the Institute of Banking, and the LIA. The workshop cost is €425 ex VAT for IoD members/€485 ex VAT for non-members.
Places can only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. Cancellations will be accepted if received in writing by Thursday 31st January 2019. However, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. All fees are forfeited thereafter. Workshop fees are also non-transferrable.
