Paul Nolan, Associate Director for International Programmes RCSI
“A good refresher course, plenty of stimulus and lots of practical examples. Plus a good mix of attendees, from different sectors, etc. Overall well worth it.”
Olive Fogarty, Director/Consultant
“I attended the workshop out of curiosity as much as a requirement to learn more about strategy. When one mentions strategy, in particular for smaller and medium size business’s it tends not to be given much priority and can viewed by most staff as ‘doesn’t really concern me ‘. However this workshop broke it down and spelt it out in easily comprehendible and logical steps. It provided the reason for a long-term plan and how it can be simply and easily implemented and also demonstrated the absolute necessity for ‘buy in’ across all levels of the organisation. This was another excellent workshop and presented in a professional and engaging manner."
Tom Carr, Managing Director, PalletXpress
“I undertook this workshop to sense check my approach and learnings from a recent strategy development process. I found this to be a thoroughly enjoyable and thought provoking strategy workshop and I would highly recommend this to anyone involved in the strategic development and implementation process. In particular this workshop brought a sharp focus on the type of strategic challenges that are coming around the corner for all companies irrespective of industry".
