“Delighted to have attended the Getting Board Information Right workshop. Gained insight into various board structures and how no one style fits all. Importance of being open to review the information shared so it maximises the effectiveness of the board meeting so the Executive Management team share the critical issues and risks, seek ownership of these with the board and gain approval for the roadmap ahead. Plenty to think about!!!”
