Workshop Attendee

“Delighted to have attended the Getting Board Information Right workshop. Gained insight into various board structures and how no one style fits all. Importance of being open to review the information shared so it maximises the effectiveness of the board meeting so the Executive Management team share the critical issues and risks, seek ownership of these with the board and gain approval for the roadmap ahead. Plenty to think about!!!”

In my experience not enough thought or time goes into this important area and prompted me to attend. Dr Margaret Cullen provided participants with excellent practical and relevant ways to improve the Boards performance and how to get the information right. Well worth attending.”
