Read IoD Ireland's formal submission to Euronext Dublin’s consultation on their Irish Corporate Governance Code. This consultation period was held during the summer of 2024. Our response to this initial consultation is now exclusively available to IoD Ireland members.
Since our formal submission, EuroNext Dublin launched the Irish Corporate Governance Code on 24th September 2024.
The Code applies to financial years commencing on or after 1 January 2025 for Irish incorporated companies with an equity listing on Euronext Dublin. However, if a company is dual-listed in both Ireland and the UK, it has the option to either follow the Code or the UK Code under Euronext Dublin listing rules.
