In this session, Margaret drew on Sarah's extensive governance and company secretary expertise to obtain a pivotal lens on optimising the board evaluation process. The webinar provided an opportunity for business leaders to gain valuable insights into how board evaluations can be transformed into a powerful tool for an organisation's success. The session was especially beneficial for Company Directors, Board Chairs, and Company Secretaries of companies who were either mandated to conduct an external board evaluation or were exploring the potential benefits of doing so for their boards and wider organisation.
