CSRD and ESG | Director and Board Responsibilities

Watch this webcast and advance your understanding of ESG legislation and director responsibilities, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The CSRD requirement came into effect for public interest entities greater than 500 employees on 1st January 2024. From 2025 other large companies (greater than 250 employees) will come into scope, and from 2026 listed SMEs will come into scope. The slides from the webinar are also available to download above.
