The Responsibilities of Being a Director

Online

Lunch Bites @ the IoD Series: sponsored by IQ-EQ

Ian Drennan,

Ian Drennan, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Enforcement Authority

Understand the responsibilities of being a director in our upcoming Lunch Bites @ the IoD webinar, with Ian Drennan, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Enforcement Authority. This webinar will take place from 12:00pm-1:00pm, on Thursday, 12th October 2023.

A thorough understanding of expectations and responsibilities can assist with ensuring the best corporate governance practices. Where a director fails to comply with their duties, they may be liable. In this webinar, Ian Drennan will be discussing a director's duties in the day-to-day management of a company. Ian will also discuss enforcement actions which The Companies Registration Office (CRO) paused in March 2020, at the outset of the public health crisis, and the impact the upcoming resumption of these actions may have.

This event is exclusive to IoD Ireland members, and is free of charge.

The Lunch Bites @ the IoD Series is sponsored by IQ-EQ.

Please note, there will be a live Q&A facility for this webinar.
