Eimear Marrinan

Eimear Marrinan Vice President of Culture and ESG, HubSpot

Eimear is a strategic executor and innovator with more than 15 years of experience working in both multinational & EMEA based companies. She love solving problems, and impacting positive change to help people do their best work. Eimear is passionate about strategic planning & execution, project and change management and building great relationships all while influencing a positive workplace culture and of course making a difference.

Caroline Reidy

Caroline Reidy Managing Director, HR Suite

Caroline Reidy is Managing Director of The HR Suite, and is a HR and Employment Law Expert. Caroline is a former member of the Low Pay Commission and is an adjudicator in the Workplace Relations Commission. She is also a trainer and TEDx presenter and author of “Asking the Right Questions”. Caroline has achieved a Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction with the Institute of Directors.

Aidan McHugh

Aidan McHugh Partner, BDO

Aidan McHugh is a Partner at BDO Eaton Square, an Irish consulting practice with global experience working with some of the largest organisations both nationally and internationally. Aidan joined BDO following the merger of Eaton Square with BDO Ireland's existing management consulting business. Prior to Eaton Square, Aidan worked in Deloitte as a Management Consultant for five years. He specialised in corporate strategy development, cost reduction, organisation design, change management and business process development. Aidan worked for a range of private and public sector international clients, with a particular emphasis on working closely with the client in order to design and implement major change initiatives across the organisation. Aidan is a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Management Consultants and is a member of the Institute of Directors. Aidan has an MSc in Computer Science from Maynooth University and a Diploma in Financial Management from Dublin Business School.

Marie Power

Marie Power Director of Talent, DEIB & Culture, CarTrawler

Marie Power is Director of Talent, DEIB & Culture in CarTrawler and has worked in Talent Management, OD and executive coaching for over 20 years. Prior to joining CarTrawler she held multiple Senior Leadership positions in Arvato Bertelsmann, Glanbia and Vodafone. She also spent 10 years working in numerous consultancy organisations including Farrell Grant Sparks, RSM and the Great Place to Work Institute. In her current role in CarTrawler she is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent strategy which includes leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, internal communication, engagement and change management. Marie is an EMCC and Ashridge accredited coach and supervisor and has a passion for helping people unlock their hidden potential. Marie holds a MA in Organisational Psychology, a BA in Psychology, a BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a HDip in Executive Coaching and Supervision from Ashridge Executive Education Hult. She is an active member of CIPD, EMCC (Senior Coaching Practitioner), the Irish Psychological Society & the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. Marie also sits on the Board of Kinia and Table Tennis Ireland.
