Vickie Wall Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) Leader, EY Ireland

Vickie is a Partner in EY and leads the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at EY Ireland. She is also the co-founder of the EY Global Reporting Centre of Excellence in Dublin. With over 20 years of experience across Dublin, Sydney, and the USA, she specialises in areas such as assurance services, statutory reporting, technical accounting, and financial reporting optimization. Under her leadership, EY FAAS offers a range of services, including technical accounting advice, GAAP conversions, IPO readiness, and support for the UK Corporate Governance Code requirements, particularly the upcoming 2024 Code.

Colette Devey

Colette Devey Risk Consulting Partner & Chief Risk Officer, EY Ireland, EY Ireland

Colette is a Partner in EY Risk Consulting Business, helping organisations navigate challenges and implement effective transformations. With expertise in areas such as Enterprise Risk, Internal Controls, and Third Party Risk Management, she works closely with clients to strengthen their operations and enhance their resilience. In her role as Chief Risk Officer for EY Ireland, Colette collaborates with the Managing Partner and the EY Ireland Board to support strategic initiatives and promote sound risk practices.

Dr. Margaret Cullen

Dr. Margaret Cullen Governance Advisor, IoD Ireland

Dr Margaret Cullen holds a PhD in governance from University College Dublin (UCD). She is a specialist in the areas of corporate, bank and investment fund governance. Margaret is a governance adviser to the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Ireland, an experienced Board Assessor with IoD’s Board Evaluation Service and and member of IoD’s faculty for the delivery of customized governance education and workshops. Margaret also holds the roles of Programme Director of UCD Diploma in Corporate Governance and Academic Director for the Institute of Banking’s (IoB) Certified Bank Director Programme. She is a fellow of the IoB.
