Navigating the evolving landscape of the regulation of technology is presenting challenges for today's board directors. As the laws and regulations that apply to data protection, content regulation and artificial intelligence become increasingly complex the responsibilities of the boards of companies within scope have increased beyond the conventional risk factors.

During this session Claire Lord, Head of Governance and Compliance, and her fellow Mason Hayes & Curran LLP expert lawyers and industry leaders, will discuss strategic insights on effectively managing and mitigating these risks. From asking the right questions to ensuring your organisation has a holistic and effective governance structure. This event will provide valuable perspectives to help your board's approach to the regulation of technology.

Claire Lord is Head of the Governance and Compliance team, at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP. Her practice comprises both transactional and advisory work.
