In our next Lunch Bites @ the IoD webinar, John Moran, Founder and CEO, RHH International, will present a timely webinar entitled ‘Crisis Management: Lessons from the Past – Experience Matters’.
In this webinar, John will discuss how all crises are different but how there are commonalities in how we deal with them. He will look at how the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 taught us a lot, but how COVID introduces a new dynamic to crisis management. John will explore the lessons that we can apply to the current health crisis which, in conjunction with new disruptive thinking, will allow us to emerge stronger.

John Moran is the Founder and CEO of RHH International. John is perhaps best known for his role as Secretary General at the Department of Finance during the bailout years and for establishing a road map for a post-crisis Ireland.
He is the Chair of Ireland’s Land Development Agency - set up to ensure the provision of affordable homes and better management of state-owned land. John is also the Chair of SME Recovery Ireland - a platform representing Ireland’s SME sector to ensure that the policy response to Covid-19 is designed to succeed for SMEs. Previously, John has held various roles such as Board Member of the European Investment Bank, Commission member and Banking Supervisor at the Central Bank, Aviation Lawyer at GPA Group, CEO of Zurich Capital Markets and positions at the New York firms of Sullivan & Cromwell and McCann FitzGerald.
