We are delighted to invite you to join our upcoming Lunch Bites @ the IoD webinar with Professional Golfer Stephanie Meadow. In this webinar, Stephanie will be discussing the important topic of 'Motivation and Resilience'. 

This webinar will take place from 2:00pm-3:00pm, on Thursday, 14th September 2023. 

A native of Jordanstown, Co. Antrim, Stephanie Meadow is a Professional Golfer on the LPGA 2023 Tour, and two-time Olympian, having represented Ireland at the summer Olympics in both Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020. 

Stephanie has won multiple awards including the Heather Farr Award which is given each year to an LPGA golfer ‘who through her hard work, dedication and love of the game of golf, has demonstrated determination, perseverance and spirit in fulfilling her goals as a player’.

Professional Golfer

Stephanie Meadow is a Professional Golfer on the LPGA 2023 Tour, and two-time Olympian having represented Ireland at the summer Olympics in both Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020. 

A native of Jordanstown, Co Antrim, Stephanie currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona having moved to South Carolina when she was 14 to pursue her professional career attending the International Junior Golf Academy. Stephanie commenced playing golf at the age of seven and credits her parents as individuals that have most influenced her career.

In 2012 Stephanie won the Curtis Cup for Ireland & Great Britain and was the Ladies British Open Amateur Champion. Stephanie turned professional in 2014.

Having finished 3rd in the US Open in 2014, Stephanie’s career was put on hold following the sad passing of her father. Through her outstanding resilience Stephanie’s was recognised by her fellow golfers on the LPGA Tour honouring her with the Heather Farr Award which is given each year to an LPGA golfer ‘who through her hard work, dedication and love of the game of golf, has demonstrated determination, perseverance and spirit in fulfilling her goals as a player’.

During the 2017 season, Stephanie suffered a stress fracture (L5) in her spine. She underwent spinal surgery and endured months of rehabilitation through the winter months only to resurface with renewed determination in 2018. She was awarded Professional Player of the Year Award for 2018 from the Irish Golf Writers' Association, sponsored by Allianz.

In 2018 Stephanie was chosen as the Irish Golf Writers' Professional of the Year, the first women to win the award in its 43 year history.

In 2019 Stephanie won the ISPS Handa World Invitational and came in 42nd for the 2020 Race to CME Globe.
