Save the date for this key in-person event on Dawn Raids. Learn practical guidance and insights on understanding both the process and implications. A dawn raid has the potential to cause serious disruption to a business – from when the raid or inspection commences, but also afterwards while all parties – including the regulatory body - attempt to work out what the implications of what has transpired may be.
This event is being held in collaboration with William Fry, and will be led by Cormac Little SC, Partner and Head of Competition & Regulation, who will share his expertise and experiences to help you navigate these complex situations.
This session will delve into recent Irish and EU developments around Dawn Raids and will also explore the powers exercised by both the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) and the European Commission in conducting dawn raids. Save the date for Wednesday, 5th March 2025.
