Building your personal brand as a director is a crucial step in persuading decision-makers to consider you for the right board positions.  At our next in-person Briefing taking place in The Westbury Hotel, on Thursday, 5th October 2023, Niamh Boyle, CEO and Founder, The Reputations Agency, will reveal how a clever investment in developing an authentic brand that is true to you, can pave the way for professional advancement and personal success

Niamh will discuss how you can objectively assess and audit your personal brand attributes and decide which elements have the potential to make you stand out and be viewed as a valuable member of a board. She’ll describe how to distill the key messages that you wish to deliver in the most compelling manner, and how to craft a reputation building strategy for your personal brand. Niamh will also provide guidance on how to decide on your own personal target audiences and select which communications channels are best to reach those audiences.

Niamh will illustrate with examples of those who have built successful and enduring brands here in Ireland and internationally, demonstrating how some have used social media channels to carefully build their brands, drawing on two of The Reputations Agency’s unique annual studies  - The Social CEO Index and the Ireland RepTrak report.

The IoD Briefings Series is sponsored by Accenture

This event is exclusive to IoD Ireland members and is free of charge.
