IoD Ireland is delighted to partner with Boardmatch Ireland to present an exclusive information session webinar to our members. This webinar will give IoD Ireland members the opportunity to learn more about Boardmatch Ireland’s Charity Trustee Speed-Dating event. The aim of the speed-dating event is to connect directors and leaders who may wish to volunteer their skills and expertise with charities and not-for-profits that have board vacancies.
This exclusive webinar will assist members in preparing for this event. It will outline who the charity trustees are, the benefits of board volunteering, and how to prepare for the Trustee Speed-Dating.

More information about Boardmatch's Charity Trustee Speed-Dating
Boardmatch will be hosting an in-person charity board recruitment event from 5:30pm - 8:00pm on Wednesday, 16th October at CHQ Dublin.
Boardmatch's Trustee Speed-Dating is an opportunity for individuals to meet with charities and not-for-profit organisations that have board vacancies. This is the perfect event for anyone interested in volunteering their skills, time, and expertise to a cause they are passionate about. This is the first step on your charity board journey.
How does the speed-dating work?
A selection of 60 organisations from Dublin and surrounding counties’ thriving charity and not-for-profit sector will be in attendance on the night. Each organisation will have an exhibition table where you can hear more about their work, learn about the operations of the board, have all your questions answered and ultimately find the perfect role with a charity that aligns with your values and interests.
